Lipstick color wheel

Not sure what you want yet? Start with a color and see real lipsticks in it, then go lighter, deeper, warmer or cooler until it feels right.

How the lipstick color wheel works

Explore 46 lipstick colors, from pale pinks to deep wines. Select a color to see real lipstick shades that match, then refine your search by depth, brand, finish, or price.

Why search by color instead of shade name?

Shade names like "Velvet Plum" or "Spiced Rosewood" say little about the color itself, and retailer filters like "Pink" or "Nude" each cover hundreds of very different shades. Here every product is placed by its measured color, so what you click is what you get. How I built it explains how the colors are measured.

What if I want an exact shade?

If you have a picture of it, use photo match. If you already own a lipstick in that color, the dupe finder starts from that shade. The lipstick color chart takes a hex code.

Does it include lip liner, gloss, and liquid lipstick?

Yes. Results cover bullet and liquid lipsticks, glosses, stains and tints, liners and pencils, and lip oils. After picking a color, narrow by format, or by finish such as matte, satin, or sheer.
